Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We work hard to get your orders in the mail quickly, however, once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Lost or damaged packages during shipping transit must be filed with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc). BowBabeWorkshop does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds due to lost or damaged packages during shipping. BowBabeWorkshop requires a physical address at checkout. PO Box addresses will be refunded promptly. BowBabeWorkshop reserves the right to cancel and refund an order with an unverified shipping address.
